What you will do

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for clients during installation activities.
• Lead and coordinate installation across multiple projects, teams, and subcontractors.
• Oversee the installation of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
• Interpret drawings, BOMs, and system designs to guide installation and ensure accurate delivery.
• Manage project schedules, labor tracking, and escalate risks to project managers.
• Monitor onsite performance and ensure adherence to installation processes and quality expectations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with electronic security systems installation.
• Must have a clean driving record and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Must have a clean criminal record and ability to hold a security clearance/registration.
• Proficiency with systems such as Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Honeywell, Software House, Bosch, or DMP.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including ladder use and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of project documentation including JHAs, THAs, RHAs, RFIs, and redlines.

Nice to have

• Associates or bachelor’s degree.
• Lenel Certification.
