What you will do

• Lead daily EMV production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Monitor and improve KPIs focusing on safety, scrap, efficiency, and throughput.
• Implement Lean manufacturing, standard work, and process optimization initiatives.
• Manage the departmental budget and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
• Coach and develop supervisors and production staff to ensure operational flexibility.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and support new product introductions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Proven experience with Lean manufacturing and GMP principles.
• Strong analytical skills, including statistical reasoning and operational controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work onsite in a light industrial setting in the USA.
