Annual salary: €45,000–€55,000

What you will do

• Manage all spa areas, including salon, skincare, fitness and wellness, massage, reservations, reception, and locker room operations.
• Lead spa programs, services, facilities, operating hours, and staff while coordinating with the property management team.
• Select vendors, manage contracts, oversee retail product purchasing and displays, and control inventories and supplies.
• Monitor sales, payroll, operating statements, controllable expenses, and budgets to achieve financial goals.
• Develop spa promotions, gifting programs, group services, marketing initiatives, and new product opportunities.
• Improve guest and employee satisfaction through service leadership, feedback analysis, training, hiring, performance reviews, and development planning.

Requirements

• Either a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major with 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4-year bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience may include spa operations, guest services, front desk, sales and marketing, or a related professional area.
• Experience managing spa operations, budgets, sales, purchasing, and staff is required for the department-head role.
• Strong leadership and customer-service capabilities, with the ability to manage both management and hourly employees.
