What you will do

• Support assigned food and beverage and culinary operations.
• Maintain guest and employee satisfaction while meeting service and financial standards.
• Coach, motivate, and empower employees across the property.
• Handle guest and employee concerns proactively and ensure issues are resolved.
• Build strong guest relationships and encourage repeat clientele.
• Support the General Manager with annual quality audits and follow corporate accounting procedures.

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese or equivalent professional proficiency is required.
• Valid authorization to work in Japan is required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
• High school diploma or GED plus three years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area; or a relevant two-year degree plus one year of experience.
• Background in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong customer service, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
