What you will do

• Lead site talent, production, quality, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) teams.
• Execute business strategy and manage budgets in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee the delivery of safe, efficient, and fiscally responsible operations.
• Manage a full suite of solutions including artwork preparation, plate/cylinder production, and metal deco services.
• Drive cross-functional partnerships and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proven experience in operations leadership and production management.
• Strong skills in financial and business performance management.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Waukesha, WI, USA.
• Ability to travel within North America on an occasional basis.
