Business Development Executive (Sales): Driving strategic consultative sales for high-value advertising accounts with an accent on digital media performance and multi-touchpoint prospecting. Focus on building senior-level client relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering data-driven marketing solutions within the Southern California market.
Location: Must be based in Southern California (Greater Los Angeles Area, Orange County, or Inland Empire) for hybrid work in Irvine, CA.
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (base) + uncapped commission (OTE $160,000 – $180,000+).

What you will do
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to account handoff.
- Develop and lead solution-based marketing presentations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level contacts at client organizations.
- Analyze sales metrics to develop strategies for achieving revenue goals and predictive forecasting.
- Navigate internal departments to create compelling, integrated media solutions for advertisers.
- Meet with accounts and prospects in person and attend in-office training as required.
Requirements
- Must be located in Southern California (Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, or Inland Empire).
- 7+ years of advertising/media sales experience, with at least 3 years in digital media sales.
- Proven track record of closing new business and negotiating multi-variable contracts.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and sales enablement tools like Outreach or Pardot.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven campaign recommendations and performance reporting.
