TL;DR

Senior Field Marketing Manager (SaaS): Developing and executing integrated field marketing strategies for the Americas region to drive pipeline growth and customer engagement with an accent on partner initiatives and regional events. Focus on collaborating with sales and channel teams to translate global objectives into impactful local campaigns within the B2B SaaS ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in the US or Canada (Fully remote).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute integrated field marketing strategies aligned with regional pipeline, revenue, and GTM objectives.
  • Plan and manage regional events, including roadshows, webinars, and partner-led sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Alliances teams to drive co-marketing activities and joint business plans.
  • Analyze campaign performance and event ROI to provide actionable insights and optimize marketing spend.
  • Act as a trusted marketing advisor to regional sales leadership to ensure alignment on quarterly priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure consistent brand representation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in field, regional, or partner marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the Atlassian or enterprise software ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with channel marketing and partner ecosystem models.
  • Experience supporting multi-country marketing programs across the Americas.
