Sr Mgr. Driving Strategy & Planning (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, associated with Chicago, Illinois, United States

Base pay: $102,000–$184,300 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Execute business plans, divisional strategies, analytics, and data initiatives.
• Partner with divisional leadership to develop strategies and business plans for functional areas.
• Align divisional strategy with enterprise-level priorities.
• Analyze competitive and market information and integrate findings into overall strategy.
• Manage short-term and long-term divisional planning.
• Lead and mentor staff while collaborating with senior management and multiple departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or strategic consulting.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Experience with strategic planning, strategy development, analytics, and research.
• Experience with Retail Markets and strategic project or process integration.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, analysis, implementation, and business acumen skills.
• Experience interacting successfully with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• MBA or MHA.
• Additional healthcare industry experience.
• Extensive audit and operational compliance experience.
• Ability to communicate succinctly across organizational levels.
