What you will do

  • Develop and implement district-level assessment plans using subject matter expertise in research and accountability.
  • Provide executive consultation to district leaders on utilizing assessment data for strategic decision-making.
  • Perform data-driven analysis and research to uncover insights and improve student outcomes.
  • Create compelling content to help educators successfully implement Assessment programs.
  • Support sales and renewal processes by providing technical expertise to district-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service, and Product teams to improve program implementation.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or proximal to the Northeast or Mid-Atlantic regions of the US.
  • Strong understanding of assessment development and psychometrics.
  • Expert-level knowledge of state and federal education policy.
  • Experience using assessment data in K-12 settings and crafting district-level plans.
  • Proven experience presenting to cabinet-level school district leaders and school boards.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s, EdD, or PhD preferred.
