What you will do

• Engage with prospective customers to understand goals and advise on hirify.global platform integrations with enterprise systems.
• Advise implementation teams on high-value architecture practices as billable resource or strategic investment.
• Collaborate in ad hoc sessions, workshops, and deployment projects with customers.
• Develop long-term advisory relationships with customers and partners from executive level.
• Provide intelligence to product team on business and technical drivers for roadmap.
• Share expertise through content on solution patterns for common contexts.

Requirements

• B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent
• 8+ years in software, system, or enterprise architecture
• Deep experience with cloud architecture, SaaS, PaaS, cross-cloud integration, multi-tenancy
• Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot), ERPs (Coupa, Oracle, SAP, Workday), ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira), security systems, data viz (Tableau, Power BI), IdPs (Okta, Azure AD)
• Understanding of enterprise processes (procure-to-pay, quote-to-cash) and integration technologies (RESTful, event-based, middleware)
• Experience with analytics, AI tools, enterprise architecture principles, security in cloud/hybrid apps
• Articulate consultative communication skills

• Comfortable with AI/LLM configuration, prompt design, evaluation (e.g., Claude Code)
