What you will do

• Lead the Architecture & Solution Advisory organization across all industries and service offerings.
• Partner with Sales and Services leaders to scope and shape strategic, complex client transformation programs.
• Establish architecture standards, governance processes, and solution review practices to ensure delivery quality.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled and agentic capabilities across solution design and delivery processes.
• Influence product strategy, roadmap priorities, and innovation investments through close collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, industry frameworks, and best practices to improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 15+ years of consulting, professional services, or enterprise software experience.
• Proven experience leading architecture, solution advisory, or pre-sales organizations in high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated success designing and implementing enterprise-scale SaaS, cloud, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of services business economics, including margin, utilization, and risk management.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
