Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 annually

What you will do
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with adtech market trends, including identity resolution, CTV expansion, and data-driven advertising innovation.
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap based on business value, revenue impact, and customer retention.
- Partner with engineering to drive agile execution, continuous delivery, and alignment between sprint planning and strategic objectives.
- Turn complex programmatic advertising infrastructure into intuitive, scalable, self-service customer experiences.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive product-market fit and commercial success.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization with a data-informed, iterative product culture.
Requirements
- United States-based candidate requirement for this role.
- 5+ years of progressive product management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles in AdTech or MarTech.
- Strong expertise in programmatic advertising ecosystems (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, or ad servers).
- Deep technical fluency in programmatic infrastructure, including RTB, OpenRTB, and identity resolution frameworks.
- Proven ability to align product strategy with business goals, revenue targets, and market opportunities.
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders with data in fast-moving environments.
