Principal Product Manager (CTV): Shaping the next phase of the CTV platform and advertiser offering with an accent on North American growth strategy and product scalability. Focus on improving onboarding, launch success, and measurement capabilities for agencies and advertisers in the US market.
Location: Must be based in EMEA or North America

is a global AdTech company part of the Affle group, providing a unified buying platform for CTV, mobile, and DOOH advertising.
What you will do
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the CTV platform and AppSync initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to optimize bidding, targeting, and campaign performance systems.
- Drive innovation in identity resolution, attribution, and audience intelligence for CTV environments.
- Improve onboarding and scaling processes for new CTV campaigns, specifically for the North American market.
- Collaborate with agencies, commercial teams, and partners to identify market requirements and product opportunities.
- Analyze auction dynamics and supply quality to identify opportunities for platform efficiency and scale.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of Product Management experience in AdTech, Programmatic, CTV, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of the CTV ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and buying workflows.
- Experience building products related to programmatic buying, optimization systems, or advertising infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of RTB systems, auction dynamics, and ML-driven optimization models.
- Experience supporting agencies or strategic advertisers in the North American market is strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex technical and data concepts into clear product direction.
Nice to have
- SQL and data analysis experience.
- Familiarity with platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust, The Trade Desk, or Roku.
- Spanish language skills.
