What you will do
- Define and lead product strategy for enterprise web-based customer and employer journeys.
- Oversee product discovery processes using user insights, data, and experimentation.
- Drive end-to-end product delivery in collaboration with engineering and UX teams.
- Monitor product performance and outcomes to guide prioritization and investment decisions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers to elevate product practices.
- Align business, technology, and design stakeholders around shared product goals.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 10+ years of experience in product management, business, or technology roles.
- 7+ years of experience in fast-paced, cross-functional product environments.
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing and developing product teams.
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy for complex digital ecosystems.
- Strong experience collaborating with UX/UI design and engineering teams in Agile environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in digital journey optimization or experimentation.
- Background in mobile app development.
- Knowledge of conversational AI solutions.
