What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of commerce specialists and people managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage key senior client relationships to ensure strategies align with business goals and retail dynamics.
• Champion the adoption of proprietary technology (Bliss Point) to enhance scalability and insight quality.
• Oversee the analysis of complex commerce performance data and establish rigorous testing loops.
• Develop and execute comprehensive commerce strategies across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to embed efficient workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commerce, e-commerce, retail media, or marketplace roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams, including managing other managers.
• Deep expertise in commerce media and marketplace ecosystems (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Criteo).
• Strong ability to translate performance data into executive-ready storytelling and client narratives.
• Proven track record of driving measurable client growth and outcomes.
• Must be based in the USA.
