What you will do

• Act as a key risk advisor to the Corporate Pension Solution leadership team to support informed decision-making.
• Embed operational risk management practices aligned with hirify.global’s policies and frameworks.
• Lead the coordination of change risk assessments for projects and BPA transactions.
• Monitor and interpret the risk environment using KRIs and notifiable events to provide insights for senior leaders.
• Oversee the RCSA process, ensuring high-quality submissions that reflect the team's true risk profile.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Audit, and Group Risk across three lines of defence.

Requirements

• Recent and substantial experience within a Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) environment.
• 10+ years of experience within regulated financial services.
• Proven ability to translate complex BPA activity into clear risk insights for senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with operational or non-financial risk frameworks and RCSA processes.
• Broader knowledge of life insurance and pensions markets.
• Experience working within complex, matrixed organisations.
