What you will do

• Conduct regular audits of claims decisions to ensure consistent and fair customer outcomes.
• Assess and manage appeals across Group Protection and IPB claims.
• Develop and improve processes to support complaints handling and reduce root causes.
• Analyze data to identify trends and share insights that drive technical improvements.
• Support the design and delivery of technical training across claims teams.
• Ensure full compliance with GDPR and other industry regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience within Group Protection claims or a similar technical environment.
• Deep knowledge of Group Protection and IPB products.
• Thorough understanding of GDPR and relevant industry legislation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for reviewing complex cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting training, coaching, or developing other professionals.
