What you will do

• Act as the accountable risk leader for the UK entity to ensure material risks are identified and monitored.
• Manage financial, operational, conduct, and third-party/outsourcing risk.
• Oversee outsourced service delivery from Group Risk, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain high governance standards for critical outsourced functions.
• Serve as the primary risk voice in UK governance forums and the lead point of contact for FCA supervisory engagement.
• Report directly to the UK CEO with a functional dotted line to the Group CRO.

Requirements

• Senior risk professional with deep expertise in risk frameworks, stress tests, and MI.
• Proven ability to manage complex intra-group outsourcing relationships.
• Capability to engage substantively with regulators (FCA) on risk matters.
• Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work
