Salary: £85,493 - £100,580

What you will do
- Lead risk and control reporting to ensure insights are actionable and aligned with governance expectations.
- Analyze Risk Owner Packs and control data to identify emerging risks and intervention areas.
- Maintain key framework processes, systems, and governance activities across the business unit.
- Implement and embed risk and control frameworks, including RCSA and toolkit requirements.
- Coordinate regulatory responses and assurance actions following defined procedures.
- Influence senior stakeholders to strengthen accountability and improve the overall control environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in risk and control, operational risk, or control frameworks at a Senior Manager level.
- Strong knowledge of EWRM, RCSA, and risk reporting within a regulated environment.
- Ability to translate complex risk data into clear, actionable management insights.
- Track record of implementing and embedding risk or control frameworks and governance processes.
- Experience influencing senior leaders and providing credible challenge.
- Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and assurance coordination.
