What you will do
- Redesign and optimize sales lifecycle processes from lead handoff to renewal to improve win rates and forecast accuracy.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales onboarding and ongoing training program focused on product knowledge and selling skills.
- Manage and optimize the sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Mindtickle, and People.ai, to increase productivity.
- Lead strategic sales initiatives, including Sales Kickoffs and Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance to align enablement with business priorities.
- Analyze enablement metrics and sales performance data to inform future strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales operations.
- Proven experience supporting B2B SaaS sales teams, preferably in data or analytics.
- Demonstrated success implementing AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering) in a sales environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Mindtickle, Clari, or People.ai.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be based in the USA.
