SDR Enablement Manager (Fintech): Building and owning the programs, systems, and infrastructure to scale SDR productivity with an accent on multi-product positioning, AI-powered tooling, and data-driven coaching. Focus on designing sustainable enablement frameworks that transition new cohorts to full productivity within 90 days and empower managers to diagnose and improve rep performance.
Location: Hybrid role based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA. Relocation support available.
Compensation: $86,000 – $176,000 (varies by location and level) + Equity.

What you will do
- Redesign and run the quarterly onboarding program for new SDR cohorts to ensure full productivity by month three.
- Develop and maintain multi-product readiness tracks for procurement, treasury, and AP personas.
- Create actionable sales resources, including discovery questions and objection handling, rather than static slide decks.
- Build structured AI enablement programs to formalize and scale field-tested tooling innovations.
- Develop frameworks and rep-level data views that enable managers to diagnose and coach specific performance gaps.
- Partner with SDR leadership to iterate on strategic roadmaps and align incentives with desired behavioral outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR or AE manager is non-negotiable.
- Experience at a hyper-growth SaaS company with a complex SDR tech stack.
- Track record of building sustainable readiness or career development programs.
- Demonstrated ability to build AI-powered tools or workflows for sales use.
- Deep understanding of the full top-of-funnel motion and SDR craft.
- Ability to translate organizational priorities into field-ready tactics and artifacts.
