What you will do

• Build, segment, and launch promotions across Picks, SBK, Arcade, and Casino products.
• Create and execute CRM campaigns using email, push, and in-app notifications.
• Write compelling marketing copy tailored to different user bases and promotional mechanics.
• Coordinate with Trading, Design, Analytics, and Customer Operations to ensure accurate bonus fulfillment.
• Manage the Daily Promotions Calendar to maintain visibility across all product verticals.
• Run A/B and multivariant tests and analyze performance data to provide insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM campaign management.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication, proofreading, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work weekend mornings during peak seasons.

Nice to have

• Passion for or knowledge of sports betting, fantasy sports, or online casino products.
• Experience with Braze and Power BI.
• Graphic design skills or experience.
