What you will do
- Contribute to the overall CRM marketing strategy to increase user engagement.
- Execute marketing campaigns focused on awareness, acquisition, and retention across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Track and report on CRM campaign performance metrics.
- Monitor CRM trends and industry best practices to elevate campaign strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability to work 9-5pm EST, including some nights and weekends as the sports calendar requires.
- Passion for sports and solid understanding of fantasy and sports betting terminology.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data to evaluate and refine campaigns.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools.
- Prior experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
