What you will do

  • Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels to drive engagement and retention.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign setup, QA, and deployment to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support segmentation and personalization strategies to improve overall campaign performance.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content, product, design, and analytics teams to deliver aligned CRM output.
  • Plan and support CRM activities around key sporting events and promotional moments.

Requirements

  • Experience in a CRM or digital marketing role, ideally within subscription or media businesses.
  • Strong campaign execution and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for sport and understanding of fan engagement behaviors.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the New York office (Hybrid).
