TL;DR
Media Coordinator (Igaming): Supporting the poker marketing program by driving media efficiency and scaling operations across ATL and BTL channels. Focus on tracking affiliate performance, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer acquisition.
Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid role)
Salary: $61,000 – $76,000 USD (based on hourly range)

What you will do
- Assist with the onboarding and day-to-day management of affiliate and partner relationships.
- Prepare regular performance reports across multiple business areas.
- Contribute to the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual media plans.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer acquisition journeys and user experiences.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.
- 0-1 year of client-facing marketing, affiliate marketing, or media buying experience.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics like CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC, and LTV.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Internship experience in a marketing or media-related role.
- Knowledge of global online affiliate and gambling payment models.
