What you will do

• Design and execute customer incentive strategies to support acquisition, retention, and monetization objectives.
• Own the promotional calendar and portfolio, coordinating scheduling across products and customer segments.
• Analyze promotional performance, redemption behavior, and ROI to optimize spend and effectiveness.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to track industry trends and identify new promotional opportunities.
• Partner with Analytics, Product, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to design structured testing and experimentation plans.
• Establish repeatable processes for promotional governance and offer prioritization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in promotions, loyalty, CRM, or commercial strategy.
• Proven experience within sportsbook, fantasy sports, or mobile gaming industries.
• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating campaign performance and customer behavior.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Finance teams.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Must be based in the US to align with company benefits and operations.

Nice to have

• SQL proficiency and experience with tools like Tableau, Looker, or Amplitude.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Optimove, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
