TL;DR

Client Manager (Medtech): Managing employer relationships for a mental health benefits platform with an accent on product adoption, client retention, and growth. Focus on partnering with senior HR executives, utilizing data for strategic recommendations, and driving engagement for Fortune 500 companies.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Costa Rica or Mexico). This position is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-priority client accounts, serving as the primary face of the company for Fortune 500 customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders, including Benefit Managers and HR Executives.
  • Define and execute custom program strategies to integrate mental wellness into broader employer benefit offerings.
  • Drive measurable engagement and revenue outcomes, including improved utilization, retention, and product expansion.
  • Utilize data and insights from Looker, Gainsight, and Salesforce to diagnose client health and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Sales to advocate for client needs and ensure successful adoption.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders within B2B tech.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (professional level).
  • Proven success autonomously managing a book of business with 30+ customers across various segments.
  • Experience leading high-visibility projects such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Annual Business Reviews (ABRs).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Looker.
  • Must be based in Costa Rica or Mexico.
