Compensation: $124,000 - $138,000 OTE (base + commission)

is a high-growth series-C technology start-up providing an on-demand marketplace and workforce management tools for healthcare professionals.
What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle with outpatient healthcare facilities, from prospecting and discovery to closing.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive adoption of the staffing platform.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to uncover operational pain points and tailor platform demos.
- Generate a high-volume pipeline primarily through self-prospecting and relationship building.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and high adoption rates.
- Provide market insights to leadership to help refine the go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in software or technology.
- Must be located in PST or MST time zones.
- Proven track record in consultative, solution-based selling and closing multi-contact opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline independently through self-prospecting.
- Ability to engage with multiple decision-makers including clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent professional sales experience.
