What you will do
- Manage a diverse portfolio of 100+ local businesses, taking ownership of net retention rates.
- Lead regular strategic business reviews to demonstrate ROI and align solutions with client goals.
- Partner with Account Executives, Implementation Specialists, and Marketing Strategists to ensure seamless execution.
- Proactively identify churn risks and technical hurdles to ensure desired client outcomes.
- Champion the platform to turn local business owners into long-term brand advocates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a CSM or Account Manager within a SaaS organization, Marketing Agency, or Tech Startup.
- Proven experience managing a high volume of clients, particularly small and medium businesses (SMBs).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build deep rapport with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce.
- Must be based in Buenos Aires or eligible to join as an international contractor.
