TL;DR

Account Development Consultant (SaaS): Driving growth within the existing client portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with an accent on account-based outreach and pipeline qualification. Focus on mapping organizational white space, engaging new stakeholders, and booking qualified meetings for Account Managers and CSMs.

Location: Hybrid (Copenhagen). Must be based in or near Copenhagen

What you will do

  • Generate qualified upsell and cross-sell pipeline via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Map organizational white space and identify growth signals such as leadership changes and product gaps.
  • Qualify expansion opportunities and book meetings for Account Managers and CSMs with full context.
  • Partner with Business Development and Client Success teams to align on account health and priorities.
  • Own activity metrics, pipeline targets, and the weekly sales rhythm.
  • Develop deep expertise in hirify.global solutions and industry trends in retail and hospitality.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in outbound sales development or client-facing commercial roles.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Based in or near Copenhagen.
  • Comfortable with proactive outreach, including cold calling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience or genuine interest in retail, hospitality, or frontline workforce industries.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC or Command of the Message frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
