What you will do
- Actively sell, negotiate, and quote B2B SaaS solutions via telephone.
- Manage daily sales activities and meet defined performance KPIs.
- Nurture strong customer relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark
- Fluency in both Danish and English (C1 level)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B phone sales.
- Strong determination to exceed performance targets and goals.
- Excellent active listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
