Salary: €58,600 – €79,200

What you will do

• Implement and configure Workday HRIS, managing day-to-day support and change management for employees.
• Maintain data integrity and information security across HRIS and broader people systems.
• Create and iterate on documentation for future-state people processes to streamline operations.
• Build and optimize dashboards and reporting practices to drive the people analytics strategy.
• Partner with People and Finance teams to extract and present actionable data insights.
• Support biannual system upgrades, including testing and assessing downstream business impacts.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a people function within a fast-growing tech company.
• Strong expertise in Workday HRIS and people analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience building dashboards that translate complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in Dublin, Ireland to meet hybrid office requirements.

Nice to have

• Ability to write SQL queries and a good grasp of database concepts.
• Hands-on experience configuring Workday across multiple functional areas.
