Salary: $55,200 – $126,000 (annualized USD).

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end employee relocation processes for international assignments.
  • Administer expatriate allowances including housing, COLA, and dependent education.
  • Partner with the Global Policy Advisor to ensure compliance with immigration and relocation policies.
  • Utilize HRIS and ticketing systems to track mobility data and resolve employee inquiries.
  • Apply functional expertise to solve moderately complex mobility challenges.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the International Operations team.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed in the facility.
  • 2+ years of experience in Global Mobility.
  • Experience with HR practices, expatriate assignments, and immigration management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically complex Excel formulas and data analysis.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
