TL;DR

Senior Specialist, Total Rewards Technology (HRTech): Architecting and scaling automation solutions for global compensation, equity, and benefits processes with an accent on data integration and system connectivity. Focus on building robust reporting models, leveraging AI to enhance employee experiences, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive high-efficiency HR technology ecosystems.

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office).

What you will do

  • Architect and scale automation solutions to transform complex compensation, equity, and benefits processes.
  • Build and maintain integrations and data flows across Total Rewards tools, Workday, payroll, and equity systems.
  • Design advanced reporting solutions and dashboards to provide strategic insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with People Tech and People Analytics teams to build scalable tools for global execution.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to reduce manual effort and enhance employee experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Systems, or HR Technology.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Proven experience working with APIs, integrations, and complex data workflows.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
