TL;DR
People (HR) Operations Specialist: Ensuring employee data integrity through comprehensive audits across the employee lifecycle, including Workday profile management, job changes, payments, and terminations with an accent on accuracy, compliance, and automation. Focus on ad-hoc reporting, automated reconciliations for large datasets, and leveraging AI to optimize HR processes and scale operations.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco office (3 days per week required), not considering remote applications at this time. Relocation support offered to new employees.
Salary: $162K – $180K + equity

What you will do
- Maintain Workday data accuracy for open positions, hires, internal mobility, and updates.
- Handle employee and cross-functional inquiries with focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Support global onboarding, including executives and acquisitions, prioritizing timeliness.
- Partner with Program owners, Legal, Compliance, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, HRBPs, IT, and others.
- Drive metrics improvement for employee experience and lead strategic workstreams with change management.
- Leverage AI and best practices to automate administrative tasks and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years in HR or People Operations during company growth and scaling.
- Proficiency with Workday and advanced spreadsheet analysis (e.g., apps scripts).
- Ability to deconstruct processes, identify root causes, and solve inefficiencies.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts simply.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
