What you will do

  • Manage office space and employee experience: lunch/snack program, organization during business hours, mail and deliveries, and vendor/property manager relationships.
  • Own the onboarding program: first point of contact for new hires, onboarding calendar details, and administrative onboarding tasks.
  • Plan and execute inclusive events and activities (in-office and virtual), using feedback and industry trends to support company culture.
  • Support People Operations across the HR function, including I-9 review, recruiting coordination, offboarding, and benefits enrollments, using AI to extend impact.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a People Ops Coordinator, Office Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role managing multiple programs and processes.
  • Strong communication verbally and in writing, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed on progress.
  • Detail-oriented approach to building trust and maintaining organized processes for employee experience.
  • Ownership mindset: anticipate needs, ask questions, and advocate for improvements as the company grows.
  • Comfort using AI to extend impact and a growth mindset to keep skills current with industry trends.
  • Be in office in San Francisco at least every Monday and Thursday, with increased presence during high-traffic times.
