TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco or New York City)

Salary: $200,000 – $400,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Drive new business growth by prospecting and closing hirify.global Enterprise Pro solutions with large organizations.
  • Develop tailored account strategies and execute outreach campaigns based on industry needs.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial presentation and technical evaluation to negotiation and onboarding.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and respond to technical inquiries and RFPs.
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships across enterprise clients to champion the platform's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure solution fit and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco or New York City.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, specifically with enterprise-level clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets in high-growth environments.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting to large enterprises and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting to C-suite executives.
  • Experience using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
