What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of People Partners to ensure consistent delivery of talent management and workforce planning.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders on organizational effectiveness and succession planning.
• Oversee complex employee relations, including organizational restructures and leadership transitions.
• Drive talent strategy initiatives, such as performance calibration and high-potential identification.
• Partner with Total Rewards to align compensation planning with business strategy and internal equity.
• Utilize workforce analytics for headcount modeling, capability gap analysis, and retention strategies.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in related HR roles, including 3+ years in management.
• Significant experience in HR business partnering within complex organizational environments.
• Proven ability to align people strategy with financial and operational objectives.
• Experience managing complex employee relations or organizational change initiatives.
• Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Must be already based in the United Kingdom
