What you will do
- Act as the primary HCM business partner to senior leadership in EMEA, providing commercially focused advice.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy in collaboration with regional heads.
- Oversee regional benefits, payroll, and compensation frameworks, including bonuses and deferred compensation.
- Manage complex employee relations, performance improvement plans, and sensitive investigations.
- Collaborate with Legal on employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize people analytics to identify trends and present actionable insights to influence strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HCM/HR experience, preferably within hedge funds, asset management, or investment banking.
- Expertise in EMEA employment practices, specifically UK employment legislation and UAE Labor Law.
- Proven experience leading an HCM function or team in a lean, fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior investment and business partners.
- Ability to operate effectively in a global business across multiple geographies.
- Based in London, UK.
