Location: Must be based in Kraków, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days in office required).

What you will do
- Oversee end-to-end payroll delivery and benefits administration across 14+ countries.
- Lead and develop a team of 7+ payroll and benefits specialists.
- Manage relationships with outsourced payroll vendors and benefits brokers to ensure SLA compliance.
- Partner with Finance and Tax teams to ensure accurate reconciliation and statutory compliance.
- Drive process improvements and stabilization of payroll operations using ADP and Workday.
- Maintain a strong controls framework and support internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Kraków, Poland.
- Proven experience managing multi-country payroll operations and benefits administration.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing payroll teams.
- Hands-on experience with ADP in a multi-country environment.
- Solid understanding of payroll compliance, statutory requirements, and audit frameworks.
- Ability to manage external vendors and hold them accountable to SLAs.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or regulated financial services.
- Familiarity with Workday for HR/payroll.
- Exposure to payroll vendor consolidation or re-procurement.
- Experience in a matrix-structured, globally distributed organization.
