What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for employment-related queries via the HR ticketing system.
• Maintain and ensure the integrity of personal and employment data within the Oracle HR database.
• Manage absence and sickness processes, including regular reporting and monitoring.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other legal documentation.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding formalities to ensure timely system updates.
• Collaborate with the internal payroll team to provide accurate data for monthly processing.

Requirements

• English: C1+ proficiency required for communication with international teams.
• Previous experience in HR or a comparable administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Office365, specifically Excel and SharePoint.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Must be based in Katowice, Poland as this is an onsite role.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Polish, UK, or EU labour law.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Proficiency in HR information systems.
