HRIS Senior Specialist (Workday): Designing and optimizing advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions within the Workday HCM ecosystem with an accent on data automation, self-service enablement, and complex calculated fields. Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 2-3 days in the office at GieΕdowa Street 1).

What you will do
- Design and build advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and composite analytics solutions.
- Lead the rollout of Discovery Boards and standardized report books for HR stakeholders.
- Expand self-service reporting capabilities to reduce manual data requests.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for Workday releases and system optimization.
- Support HR initiatives including M&A activities, process changes, and complex EIB data loads.
- Create documentation and training materials to improve organizational data literacy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience in configuration, reporting, or system administration.
- Strong expertise in Workday HCM reporting, including Advanced Reporting and Calculated Fields.
- Solid understanding of HR data, processes, and functional workflows.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and validation.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Must be based in Warsaw, Poland or able to work from the office on a hybrid schedule.
Nice to have
- Workday Report Writer or Analytics certification.
- Experience with Composite Reporting, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets.
- Exposure to global HR environments or matrixed organizations.
- Consultative experience working with HR Business Partners.
