What you will do
- Input and maintain employee data in HRIS to ensure payroll readiness.
- Provide first- and second-level support for employee and manager queries regarding time tracking and attendance.
- Monitor data quality and generate reports on overtime, attendance, and leave balances.
- Process changes in working hours and leave in coordination with managers and employees.
- Prepare and validate data extracts and documentation for payroll runs.
- Handle HR transactions and inquiries using documented processes and policies.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, ideally in a similar administrative role.
- Initial experience with administrative payroll processes.
- Very good proficiency in German and English.
- Completed commercial training.
- Proficiency in MS Office and a strong affinity for IT.
- Must be based in Warsaw, Poland for hybrid work.
