What you will do

• Manage and coordinate the HR team, focusing on professional development and well-being of team members.
• Optimize HR functions and processes to ensure high-quality service across all organizational levels.
• Implement company HR policies, including the management of recruitment and candidate selection processes.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employer branding activities.
• Manage the HR budget and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure knowledge transfer and policy alignment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in HR, administration, economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR with strong understanding of Polish labor law.
• Proven experience in directly managing, coaching, and developing team members.
• Experience in managing recruitment processes and collaborating within global corporate structures.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
