TL;DR
HR Services Specialist (Total Rewards): Providing comprehensive support for total rewards policies and processes across multiple retail brands with an accent on compensation, benefits, and global mobility. Focus on managing sensitive escalations, conducting complex audits, and optimizing HRIS data management.
Location: Hybrid (Kraków, Poland). Requires onsite presence 3-5 times per month. Availability for 2nd shift (starting between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM) is mandatory.

What you will do
- Provide expert support to team members regarding Total Rewards policies, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in compensation, benefits, and global mobility.
- Manage sensitive escalations, analyzing problems and implementing effective solutions.
- Perform data management, auditing, reporting, and testing in collaboration with Total Rewards Partners.
- Maintain communication with vendors to resolve participant inquiries and monitor system trends.
- Support process transitions and suggest improvements for SOPs and internal system enhancements.
Requirements
- Availability to work 2nd shift (starting between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM).
- Very good English skills.
- Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Workday or other HRIS software.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and draw logical conclusions.

- Experience with Case Management software.
