What you will do

• Lead integration projects from kickoff to go-live, managing technical documentation, test plans, and rollout execution.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during implementation and early adoption.
• Configure customer environments, including SSO, API connections, and DMS integrations (iManage, SharePoint, NetDocuments).
• Provide advanced post-rollout technical support to enterprise clients to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to align requirements and streamline the rollout experience.
• Deliver technical training to customer teams and feed insights back to product and engineering to improve implementations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical delivery, implementation, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, authentication protocols, and enterprise integrations (DMS platforms, APIs).
• Strong project management skills with a structured, proactive approach to managing multiple parallel projects.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly for non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in London.
