TL;DR

Strategy & Revenue Operations Manager (Mobility): Managing marketplace performance, pricing effectiveness, and revenue optimization across international markets with an accent on supply-demand balance and unit economics. Focus on translating data insights into operational pricing actions and driving sustainable growth at city and country levels.

Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: from 71,800 EUR gross per year

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end marketplace performance for assigned markets, tracking KPIs such as growth, revenue, utilization, and margins.
  • Define, test, and optimize pricing levers based on local market dynamics to balance supply and demand.
  • Analyze supply-demand dynamics to improve availability, utilization, and service reliability.
  • Partner with Finance and Analytics on investment analysis, market business cases, and performance reviews.
  • Act as a key interface between Operations, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Regional teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, revenue management, strategy, analytics, or consulting.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is required.
  • Solid understanding of unit economics, pricing mechanics, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Ability to own ambiguous problem spaces and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work format: Hybrid based in Limassol, Cyprus

Nice to have

  • Experience in the mobility or marketplace industry.
  • Proficiency in Python.
