What you will do
- Own end-to-end marketplace performance for assigned markets, tracking KPIs such as growth, revenue, utilization, and margins.
- Define, test, and optimize pricing levers based on local market dynamics to balance supply and demand.
- Analyze supply-demand dynamics to improve availability, utilization, and service reliability.
- Partner with Finance and Analytics on investment analysis, market business cases, and performance reviews.
- Act as a key interface between Operations, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Regional teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, revenue management, strategy, analytics, or consulting.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is required.
- Solid understanding of unit economics, pricing mechanics, and marketplace dynamics.
- Ability to own ambiguous problem spaces and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Work format: Hybrid based in Limassol, Cyprus
