Business Analyst (Revenue): Help understand and grow ’s display advertising business through reporting, forecasting, pricing, inventory planning and performance analysis with an accent on improving yield and ad performance across platforms and markets. Focus on turning business questions into structured analysis, monitoring key metrics like revenue, fill rate, eCPM, owning forecasts, automating reporting, and supporting commercial decisions with actionable insights.
Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania (2 days in office recommended but not enforced)

What you will do
- Turn business questions into clear analysis plans and share useful recommendations with stakeholders
- Monitor performance across direct and programmatic advertising, including revenue, fill rate, eCPM, delivery, pacing and viewability
- Spot risks and opportunities in performance and help teams take action
- Own ad inventory and revenue forecasting across markets, keeping assumptions clear and accurate
- Improve KPI definitions, reporting standards, automate recurring reporting, and enhance data quality
- Evaluate pricing and yield levers, support commercial decisions with pricing inputs and deal evaluation
- Work with Ad Operations to investigate delivery issues, identify root causes and recommend fixes
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English
- Proven experience in analytics or business analysis
- Experience with SQL, spreadsheets, handling large datasets
- Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of performance analysis and forecasting
- Understand core advertising metrics: revenue, requests, fill rate, eCPM, pacing, viewability
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Ad Operations, Product, Finance)
Nice to have
- Experience in ads, media or marketplace businesses
- Familiarity with Google Ad Manager and programmatic advertising (floors, auction dynamics, demand sources)
- Experience with Python or R for automation
- Familiarity with data modelling and ETL processes
- Exposure to video advertising measurement and planning
