Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada. Role may require quarterly travel to Denver, CO or other North American office locations.
Compensation: $96,000 – $130,000 USD per year plus incentive variable.

What you will do
- Design and maintain the Customer Health Scorecard to track leading indicators across the customer lifecycle.
- Build churn signal models to identify at-risk accounts and surface expansion opportunities for the CX and AM teams.
- Develop post-sale performance reporting to improve time-to-value, SLA compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Implement AI and machine learning tools to automate reporting and accelerate analytics output.
- Own the ICP framework and lead structured Win/Loss analysis to inform Sales and Product leadership.
- Manage and mentor one direct report while contributing to the broader GTM metric catalog.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or revenue/customer analytics in a B2B SaaS or health-tech environment.
- Demonstrated experience building customer health models, churn frameworks, or retention analytics.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Metabase).
- Proven ability to use AI tools in a professional analytics context.
- 1+ year of people management or mentoring experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience in a RevOps or GTM analytics function with cross-functional scope.
- Familiarity with customer success platforms like Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Totango.
- Experience with LLM APIs or AI-assisted analytics tools.
- Healthcare or health-tech industry background.
