What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of healthcare clients including care homes, GPs, and pharmacies.
• Provide banking solutions such as Term Loans and Revolving Credit Facilities (RCFs).
• Lead client engagement through meetings, agendas, and regular communication.
• Support credit proposals, monitor risk, and conduct financial analysis.
• Assist with client onboarding and the preparation of tender submissions.
• Collaborate with internal product partners to deliver tailored client solutions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role within financial services.
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Understanding of financial risk and effective risk management.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

Nice to have

• Experience in Business & Commercial Banking.
• Proficiency in systems such as CRW, PEGA, or Co-Pilot.
